Biography
Born and raised on the small islands of Denmark, Andreas Jørnvil has always been in love with sound and music.
From an early age on, the waves of sound and the feeling of rythm has been the driving force in his life.
Having been denied the purchase of a synthesizer by his mother, Andreas soon began pounding away on his school´s drumset during the intervals.
This interest later on granted him access to touring with diverse rock bands around in europe.
In the year of 2000 Andreas began learning how to make music on a computer and hereafter every effort was put into experimenting with drum´n´bass.
After having his first records released on the UK label Aspect record he soon discovered the gospel of house music.
Having been trained as a percussionist/drummer, andreas´ first contact with the house scene was as a performer, jamming on the percussions along with the DJ.
When the Minimal tech scene became dominant a few years later, Andreas´ soon forgot about the drums and picked up on Dj´ing instead.
House stabs and strict house rythms became part of his daily routine and hereafter there was no drums,no rock - only house and techno.
Besides working as a music composer for international names in the advertising world, andreas now seeks the music of the underground and has and will continue to release his masterpieces on some of the most repected labels in the world.
Andreas has released on such diverse record labels as Oposssum records,3rd floor.comfortable records,3rd floor and lately Lomidhigh Organic.
